Easy fix! If that ever happens (which is extremely rare), we might need to simply reset your device. This is a very quick process, in order to do so simply chat or email our support team at support@swiftnetllc.com 

Nope! Your speed will not be reduced but could vary depending on location use. With our service you can now experience true unthrottled internet speeds without data caps due to network congestion. 

Throttling is where your speeds are automatically reduced when you exceed a specified usage limit until the beginning of your next cycle.

For example, if you had a plan with a 20GB monthly limit, you could only experience 4G speeds until you reached 20GB of usage, then the system would drastically cut your speeds until the beginning of your next cycle. While throttled, you would not be able to do many things, including video streaming. So, if you went through your allotted 20GB in the first few days of a cycle (which is very possible), you'd have to wait nearly a whole month before you could return to 4G speeds.

Yes! Our service is NOT throttled.

Some companies advertise "unlimited data" plans, but upon a closer look, you'll see that it's not unlimited high speed data. You might just get several gigabytes worth at 4G speeds, but when you hit that limit, the rest of your unlimited data will be throttled to just 2G/3G speeds.

We don’t do that! 

A SIM card is a small, plastic electronic chip with a unique serial number that is inserted into certain types of wireless phones, tablets, hotspots, etc. to enable service with a cellular network. They come in three different sizes - Standard, Micro, and Nano.

We activate your plan and associate a SIM card with it. The network then allows the device using that SIM card to send and receive data.


A hotspot works like a wireless, mobile router. They connect to the cellular network like a phone, but they do not make phone calls or send text messages. They broadcast a Wi-Fi signal in their vicinity and allow you to to connect any Wi-Fi device to them. Once connected, those devices can utilize the unlimited high-speed data of your plan.

For example, if you activate a hotspot that supports 10 devices, you could simultaneously connect any combination of up to 10 smartphones, game consoles, smart TVs, security cameras, etc. and each can take advantage of the unlimited data. 

Technically, our unlimited data plans are limited to data use only. For example, you can't insert the SIM card into a phone and have it operate as a regular cell phone plan that supports calls, text messages, and data.

However, depending on the devices and apps you use, it may be possible to send and receive texts and phone calls. Contact us for more details.

Also, hotspots cannot send text messages, but they can typically receive them. However, they're usually limited to system generated messages regarding activation status and data usage. 

We usually ship out your device within 1 business day after you place the order! You will receive a tracking number right away and will be able to track it in real time.

After receiving the device, it’s ready to use! To additional actions are needed from you :)  

Simply email support@swiftnetllc.com and our team will cancel the service. No tricks or delays!

Note: data plan payments are not pro-rated or refunded. Meaning if you cancel in the middle of the month, you will still be able to use the service until the end of that billing cycle.  

You have 7 days after receiving the item to cancel the service, return the router and receive a full refund.


No Risks!


If you would like to cancel the plan after the 7 days, you may do so, and will not be billed again. We do not however offer refunds for previously billed months.  

  1. Connect your device to the router network
  2. Enter 192.168.0.1 into the browser search bar (NOT INTO GOOGLE! Specifically into the search bar of the browser which you are using) 
  3. Log into the admin console (username and password is on the right side of the sticker on the bottom of the router)
  4. Go to Settings icon and click on the Security tab
  5. Make sure personal (pre-shared Key) is ticked
  6. Pre-shared key format : Passphrase
  7. Pre-shared key: type in your personalized wifi password
  8. Click save and Apply
  9. Test and if the new password did not reflect, please turn the router off and on. Then test the new wifi password again.
